I have lived next to a foreclosed house for 4 years and it is a breeding ground for roaches. I have used 7 dust in my yard but still roaches. Used some roach gel made by pic....the guys who make mouse traps too. That stuff is worthless. It has gotten so bad that I have wanted to move because the infestation is so bad. Used a smear of peanut butter on duct tape and placed in strategic places. This is a slow way to do it and the roaches breed way faster than they get caught using this method. Used a tube of combat max gel with the syringe. Wow...the roaches eat that stuff with the lights onrright in front of me. It is like heroine to them. They love it. Next morning you see the roaches on their backs with their legs waving around. Love it. Some roaches still eating bait and you can grab them with paper towel as bait slows them down. This stuff is amazing. Will have a lot of cleaning up to do as dead roaches everywhere.

When we moved into my great grandma's house I noticed that the people who had been renting the house had left around the counters a white powder. Being that I was young I didn't know what it was or what it was for so I cleaned up the powder and deep cleaned the entire house. With in a week we started to see roaches crawling on the counters. So we did everything we could think of. We bombed, we sprayed, with almost every product that was out on the market at that time 1991. Nothing worked for a few years it was a losing battle. We were over run. They were every where. In every room and the entire house smelled like roach poo, and Clorox because I used it to clean with every day. Finally Combat came out with the Roach Killing gel. My husband and I were desperate so he bought some and with one or two tubes of this stuff and one week later we were roach free and they never returned. The roach infestations was so bad that when my dad remodeled the house he found dead roaches still in the walls, in every room. Now that we live in an apartment I keep an eye out. Yesterday I saw one roach. One is enough so tomorrow I'll be heading out to the store to buy this stuff and I will be putting it out. I have no doubt that I will not have an issue! Great product even when it first came out.
Combat Surce Kill Max did what no others could do to my unwanted "friend"!!!s5Your rating: 5
This product is AMAZING !!!! I tried every product that I read about before this ended my search. I tied HOME DEFENSE, BORIC ACID, SEVEN Roach Remedies, Sprays that were maked "for outdoor use only" and even Sweet ANTI-FREEZE hidden in non-accessible pet places on my search for a remedy. At night I kept a 5" round rubber
pad near the sink and got-up twice per night for more than a year to hunt and swat at least 20 roaches (Friends) each time in my quest to end a YEAR-LONG-PROBLEM. Then I was told about and tried Combat. When I used just one Tube as direct "MY FRIENDS OF THE NIGHT" were G-O-N-E. I was shocked-amazed-relieved-and more than grateful. I had spent at least $250.00 in the previous year and nothing else worked until I used Combat. After about 6 days I saw a few babies but not even one normal size roach.
Now ---a month later---the problem is totally gone and I have not done a second application but plan to simply as a NOT-WELCOME sign for my lost-gone-"Friends".
Try it ----you will be amazed.

I have lived in the same house for 12 years and never saw a roach ever. 3 years ago we did some major renovations on the house. I mean literally took the roof off the place and put a second story on. In doing this I removed all interior walls and took the perimeter walls down to studs. There was only signs of termite damage from years past. For a house built in 1940 you can expect something like that, but no signs of a single roach. We had the walls sprayed with foam insulation along with traditional fiberglass insulation and tons of caulk to help seal the house. All was well and fine......until about 4 or 5 months ago. They showed up. It may have been the hot summer we had or the fact that my neighbors have a problem, never the less they were now in my house. They were reproducing fast and it was becoming very bad problem. I tried boric acid and other things. I was at the end of my rope, when my wife said she heard that this product worked. Well let me tell you, IT DOES. We may not have had the problems others have but we are very happy with the results. We put the gel down in multiple places following instructions and they are gone. It took around 2 weeks to see no activity. I would recommend this to any and everyone that has any kind of roach problem.

Okay, I live on Honolulu HI, and anyone who lives here KNOWS there is a huge cockroach issue. I am new to the island and I was shocked to find that my first place was infested with these d*** things, so I moved. After living at the new place for a few days I noticed that this place was also infested. I live in a duplex. I first bought the Hot Shot foggers for both apartments in my duplex, so that we could fumigate at the same time. I realized that we killed a bunch of them, but I still saw some moving about quite swiftly. I then read the reviews about this combat gel. I ran to Walmart and bought some. I laid out 5 "dime sized" portions of this stuff where I noticed the roaches frequented. I watched as roaches came out of crevices. They didn't exactly go to the gel, probably because we had the kitchen lights on and they knew we were watching. We went to bed and the next morning I checked the gel, it was still there, but NO ROACHES!! Tonight I came home, NO ROACHES! I'm praying that this continues to work because I am PETRIFIED of those things!!! I'll keep checking every night and reapplying sporadically, but for now... I am very pleased! Especially because they were everywhere in the kitchen, and sometimes in my bedroom and bathroom.
THANK YOU COMBAT!!!!

Omg I couldn't believe this stuff worked, I have used so many other products down to smoking my house out, cleaning my house top to bottom with bleach, spraying for days, and with the smoke bombs which only brought them out didnt really kill them but i put this stuff down on a friday and by saturday i seen less and less of this critters its Monday and I dont see them walking around as though they pay rent. If you want the silent but deadly kill without the odor, this is the stuff to get and i will recommend this to the world. My neighbors are paying all this money for exterminators and i paid less then $10 for this, this is the stuff to get. I watched them eat it and they instantly started moving slower and slower. I will never waste my time with anything else.I am going to buy more, i put it down in my kitchen and dining room , next up boys bathroom (yuck).
It Killed the Kritters!5Your rating: 5
We tried sooo many products and none of them worked. The infestation was so bad, it got to the point where you couldn't put a spoon down for a second before they would come crawling out. Ughh! We sprayed, we baited, we put down poison, we were constantly cleaning so that they wouldn't have crumbs to eat. Nothing worked! I was so disgusted and fed up! We bought the Combat Source Kill, the clear gel. They attacked it as soon as we put it down. Within hours we started seeing them on their backs and in a matter of days they were decimated. I tell everybody about this now because I know that it really works!

Moved into my boyfriend's old house. He lived here for 10 years and roaches were part of the house (we're in Georgia and they are a common problem here in a warmer climate). He moved out for 3 years and now we've moved back into the house. The warm weather arrived recently (where do roaches go in the cold weather??) and there are roaches everywhere outside! There is a front porch and a huge back deck. I put up a birdfeeder on the back deck as soon as we moved in and it was a roach haven every night since the weather turned warmer. Then I started seeing at least one big "fattie" (as I call them) a night inside the house and could not STAND it! I've never lived with roaches. I was freaking out and bottling and bagging everything as soon as I saw the first one.
Night after night I would see 1-2 roaches inside. I tried another gel and it did not work. I got the Combat get from Kroger and WOW. We applied it on the back deck where roach parties were happening every night. There were 30+ roaches feasting, and after they got full after 15 minutes then another 30+ roaches would replace them! I put down about a fifth of the small tube we got and the roaches ate all of it within an hour. We applied another 1/5th of the tube and it was gone after a couple of hours. I literally saw roaches FIGHTING each other for the gel "food". I checked on them so frequently that I noticed that all the big "fattie" adults seemed to eat first and after they were finished, the mid-sized roaches would come out to eat, and after they were finished the little baby roaches came out to eat. Funny how they have a social structure when it comes to eating. I learned something about cockroach behavior that I didn't care to know - but interesting nonetheless. I applied more gel before going to bed and it was all gone this morning when we woke up.
I was SO excited to see the results tonight. I couldn't wait until dusk came! I loaded up the deck with the remainder of the tube, I waited until dark and then put on the light on the back deck and only saw 3 roaches feasting on the gel, an hour later the SAME THING (only 3)!. So, already the combat has significantly cut down on their numbers. There were no roaches inside the house last night or tonight! YAYYY!
We put some gel inside and there were NO TAKERS. So, I think we don't have an infestation in the house itself, but we get occasional roaches coming in from the piles of them outdoors.
My plan is to reduce the amount of gel on the deck depending on how much the roaches are eating throughout the night. For example, I will have a good gauge on how much to apply tomorrow once I see what was leftover from tonight. I will keep reapplying it in subsequent smaller amounts for at least the next 60 days so that all the babies/eggs will have time to hatch, etc... and get exposed to the poison somehow.
It really SUCKS when I can't even watch tv on the sofa because I'm worried about a roach crawling on me. It's my understanding that they don't really bite unless an infestation indoors is severe, and that they would rather run away than deal with a moving human. It's also my understanding that I'm unlikely to get a disease from them; however, I just hate creepy crawly things and my stress levels (and cortisol) skyrocketed for an hour every time I saw one creeping around. Plus, I would love to use our deck on a warm summer's night without having to worry about cockroaches crawling up my legs.
Thank you Combat!

This product works great. We have tried EVERYTHING, and nothing worked. It's been 2 days since my husband applied this gel in our kitchen, and we're seeing dead roaches everywhere, Now that we know it works, we will be buying more, and applying it in the rest of our house. We were a little skeptical at first, but not anymore. Thank you so much for finally coming up with something that actually works. If you have a problem with roaches, then try this. You will not be disappointed.
AMAZING product......no more critters5Your rating: 5
I've had a roach problem for a while and have tried different products to no avail, this Combat gel really works, for $7.95 at Walmart I HIGHLY recommend it, you won't be discouraged. I use to see all the babies around the kitchen sink with no dishes left behind, they seem to never leave, I've tried even Boric acid that did nothing but leave my kitchen looking like a powder puff. Please go get your self a tube of this gel and you'll find your self writing a review as well. Aloha from Hawaii...

I have tried everything available and believe me it was a expensive trip for me. I finally had my best friend tell me about Combat Gel. My wife and I went to Wal-Mart and puchased some. I figured by looking and seeing that there was only one tube left on shelf that this product must be good. Well it has proven itself to me in a very amazing way. My roach problem seems to be no more, A BIG THANKS to Combat.
AMAZED! COMBAT SOURCE KILL MAX R3 FOR ROACHES5Your rating: 5
i am really amazed with the progress of this gel. I tried some gels that just NEVER worked, I tried sprays but hated the smell and residue it would leave behind and felt it wasn't too safe especially having my 3 kids around. I told my landlord about my "GERMAN ROACH" problem, his wife came over with the COMBAT SOURCE KILL MAX R3 for Roaches, in the gel form, she said someone else recommended it to her, she told me that she uses it and haven't seen roaches in about a year, also she bought a car that was infested with roaches and after using this same gel, haven't see a roach since. I wasn't too happy to use this gel at first i admit, but i figure i give it a try since she had some luck...HOURS after i applied it in the corners of my kitchen drawers and flooring areas and by the stove, i see results. that night was the most amazing, i did my regular routine and usually when i walk into the kitchen after it being dark for 10 minutes or less there were be MILLIONS of roaches, well the first night after it was applied THERE WERE VERY FEW roaches. as i am writing this it is the 2nd night and I SEEN NO ROACHES...well i see roaches but they are ALL DEAD or dying...
so recommend this TO EVERYONE...
