Combat ant killing gels and baits are easy to use in your home. First, identify where in your home you are seeing ants and place the gels and/or baits in those areas. If you see a scout you can place them along the path. Be sure to place the baits and gels in areas where it can't be ingested by pets or children. Over the next week check the baits and gels to see if they need to be replaced and look for signs of a reduction in ants around your home.
Most homeowners can expect to see a reduction in ants overnight. You can visibly see if the areas where ants were before the gels or baits were introduced have less traffic. You may notice an increase around the ant traps at first which is a good sign since the ants are using the bait.
Ant bait should be placed in known or suspected areas of ant activity, this includes near entrances, a cabinet, or cracks in walls. Always place the bait out of the reach of children, pets, and wildlife.
