Won't stick to anything2Your rating: 2
Just bought these yesterday....and I'm sure the product itself will work, but the adhesive on these is is horrible....a little 1 inch strip (it should be 2 - 3 times longer than that). The adhesive won't stick firmly to any of the surfaces I've tried....I've either had to just set the bait on a flat surface. The ones I did try sticking to a horizontal surface either fell off immediately, or fell off overnight. This seems like a natural for a partnership with Command strips.. The two product names would work together wonderfully.
NOW their dead5Your rating: 5
I had roaches sooooo bad. I tried everything, and got nothing. I put these out in the kitchen, two days later the number of roaches had dropped significantly. With in a week there were no more roaches. I have put these out for the last 2 months, I occasionally see a roach but nothing like the infestation before. I like these because you can see when the bait is almost gone and put out new ones.
Good idea, but adhesive needs improving4Your rating: 4
I agree with other reviewers regarding the weak adhesive. Probably at least half of the strips I put up had fallen off within an hour of applying them, so they are now all just lying on the floor. I'm sure the roaches will still get to them, but it kind of defeats the purpose of a "discrete" strip that can be applied out of sight. The bait itself I have no complaints about. I have used other Combat products for years with good success.
Used All Combat Roach Products4Your rating: 4
I like the Combat Roach products. I just place them in around my home and I'm not to thrilled about the adhesive tape. You need to use a stronger tape because the tape that use being use now is not strong enough and I cleaned the area with hot water and soap, let it dry completely and the tape does not hold well. I had to end up using duck tape.
strip not completly full3Your rating: 3
Good idea, works well, the strip were not completely filled as shown in photo.
Day 35Your rating: 5
I still see roaches but not as much. I used the sticky back tape, great product.
just add tape to the back of the trays5Your rating: 5
Bait works great. I took duct tape and stuck them up in places not seen, like under sinks and in cabinets and they stayed up and did the job......
adhesive3Your rating: 3
i agree with the adhesive not being good enough. The idea is a great one but they need to improve the adhesive quality. only placed for one day and have seen several dead roaches.
Roach population is lower now5Your rating: 5
Hi, I bought the new Combat bait strips on Friday, I put them where I saw the roaches. They ate it all overnight. I went back to the Dollar General on Sunday and bought more. This product works! I am still seeing a few but I still have bait. The only thing I suggest is making the adhesive strip bigger, it does not stick at all.
Needs better adhesive3Your rating: 3
The bait itself seems to be working but the only place I can get them to stick is on a flat surface, The glue is either not strong enough to hold or the strip of it needs to be longer,
In concept this is a great idea and the roaches really like the bait but they need better adhesive.
adhesive weak2Your rating: 2
The strips need more than a dot of adhesive on the back or a stronger one. After about a week all had come unstuck several times so I stuck duct tape on them. The bait works well, but the weak adhesive is not good..especially if you have animals.
Best product ever!!!5Your rating: 5
I was going out of my mind each time I would go into my kitchen and saw roaches of all sizes running to hide. It grossed me out. I found this product at the store and decided to give it a try. I put all of the bait strips down in different spots throughout the kitchen and sure enough no more than a day or so later I stopped seeing. I pulled out the fridge and found about 20 of them dead! Gross but SO HAPPY! Thank you for this great product!!!!! I can now happily cook without thinking that a roach has just been running across the kitchen counter!!!!!
